Digital cameras have transformed the way people take and use photographs, now everyone has a camera in their pocket with their mobile phone, or like me carry a digital camera all the time. I love taking photographs, I hope you enjoy them too.
Old Fishing Boat
This old fishing boat was brought down from Arbroath and while it had been planned to restore it, the will and the money obviously did not come with it and it ended up being burned during a community event.
Highland Cows
One of my favourite subjects is taking pictures of Highland Cattle. It is amazing coming across these huge animals in the middle of the Scottish Highlands, often on the road you are driving along. They make for excellent photographic topics as well as artistic use of the images.
Old Boats in Highland Scotland
This picture was taken at Dunnet Bay in the far north of Scotland, in Caithness and close to John O'Groats. Boats are a favourite photographic topic and I also love photographing harbours, beaches and seascapes.
